Owner of newly-built rental properties had issues from poor initial foundation engineering. The floors in many properties were sagging due to poor foundation preparation.

Bedrock came in and installed pilings in certain sections of the property to reinforce the floors and mud-jacked other areas to level them.

We have returned twice over five years to adjust the foundation accordingly. The owner of the property is very happy that we were able to remedy his foundation issue and is even happier that we continue to honor our work.
