A foundation repair specialist fixes structural issues in buildings by assessing, repairing, and stabilizing foundations, often involving excavating, installing steel piers, and waterproofing. Core Responsibilities

  • Repair Execution: Installing piers (steel or concrete), mudjacking, or replacing damaged concrete piers.
  • Waterproofing & Drainage: Applying water barriers and installing drainage systems to prevent future moisture damage.
  • Excavation & Labor: Digging around the foundation perimeter by hand or with machinery.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilizing specialized tools, concrete tools, and occasionally tunneling underneath structures.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and building codes.
